Soccer Jerseys

JERSEYS

Per the Spokane Rapids Bylaws, all teams affiliated with Spokane Rapids are required to wear the league approved jerseys provided by the league to each registered player.  We understand that teams may want to use their own jerseys but we appreciate your continued cooperation with this policy. 

What does my team wear?

• Home team wears the jersey WHITE side out
• Away team wears the jersey BLUE side out

Example: There are two ways to read the schedule for the same game depending on if you are HOME or AWAY. 

• Smith (home team) vs. Jones (away team)
• Jones (away team) at Smith (home team)

If you are the Jones team you are AWAY and you wear your jerseys blue side out.  

If you are Smith you are HOME (Jones is playing at your home field) and you wear white side out.

JERSEY PERSONALIZATION 

 We have had several teams come to us with a request to customize their jerseys.  This is permitted but there are some guidelines that must be adhered to:

• Numbers on jerseys are allowed - we encourage you to use the same color for everyone as a way to promote team spirit! 
• No additional sponsor logos may be added to the jerseys (our Platinum sponsor, Mountain West Bank has sole ownership of the right to advertise on our jerseys).
• Additional customization (adding names, nicknames, etc.) may be permitted at a future date. Our board of directors is actively working to establish additional guidelines for what is and is not permitted to be added to the jerseys.  If you want to add names, etc. we encourage you to wait until these guidelines are established so that there are no conflicts!
